Firefighting
An
interesting video link. As some of you know, the city
of Goleta , where the FLIR factory is located is
all a blaze. The fire is slowly being contained,
however the slightest sun downer wind will gust it
back into an inferno. We have taken some interesting
infrared images to show how intense the fire is. By
the way these were shot from our parking lot. That is
how close this is. It is interesting to see the day
time images from a normal TV camera which just shows
smoke. The thermal is side by side and shows a huge
fire through the smoke.
